What's the actual rail diameter across your fleet? Standard clamp systems are built for 1-inch or 1.25-inch rail tubing. Measure every boat in the fleet before you order, not just the newest one. A clamp that's slightly undersized on an older pontoon's rail will work loose under load long before the fabric shows any wear.
What's the deck material and condition? Aluminum decking takes a bolted base plate well if the substructure underneath the mounting points is solid.
