Commercial Event Tents: Inflatable and Metal Frame
This category covers two distinct structural systems used for temporary event shelter: air-beam inflatable tents and traditional metal frame tents. Both serve the same operational purpose — weather-protected space for events, exhibitions, retail activations, and hospitality setups — but differ in setup time, transport weight, and suitable applications.
Browse by Tent Type
- Inflatable Tents — Air-beam structures using high-pressure TPU or PVC tubes as the structural frame. No metal poles or connectors required. Setup time of 10–20 minutes with an included electric pump. Available in dome, arch, cube, and custom configurations. Popular for brand activations, exhibition booths, glamping venues, and emergency shelter.
- Metal Frame Tents — Aluminum or galvanized steel frame structures with PVC or polyester canopy. Higher load-bearing capacity, compatible with sidewalls, flooring systems, and HVAC attachments. Preferred for multi-day events, wedding receptions, and semi-permanent installations.
Choosing Between Inflatable and Frame Structures
Inflatable tents are faster to deploy and pack down to a fraction of the space of a frame tent — a 6×4 m dome fits in a rolling carry bag that two people can move. Metal frame tents carry higher payload capacity for lighting rigs, banners, and HVAC, and remain stable in winds exceeding 50 km/h when properly staked.
Our Inflatable Dome Tent Commercial Buyer's Guide covers pressure ratings, anchoring systems, and fabric options. For multi-story configurations, the 2-Story Inflatable Tent guide covers structural considerations and event formats where the investment pays off.
Customization and Orders
Both tent types are available in custom dimensions, color schemes, and with printed branding panels. Inflatable tents can incorporate panoramic PVC windows, zippered doors, and modular extension tunnels. Single-unit orders accepted on all catalog sizes; custom projects require a technical drawing review prior to production confirmation.
